The reasons for the deformation of silicon carbide beams are as follows:

Generally, silicon carbide beams are not easy to deform. Once deformed, the quality of silicon carbide may be wrong. This is related to the sintering process of silicon carbide, raw materials, etc., for example, the reaction sintering of silicon carbide products, because of the low sintering temperature of silicon carbide, the higher use temperature of pressure sintering, and the higher use temperature of recrystallization.

Beam is generally recrystallization, due to the chemical composition of the materials, mainly the free silicon highs, may cause deformation of use for a period of time, the reason is that in the process of high temperature using silicon vaporization, and if the ratio of raw materials can also cause the unreasonable phenomenon, reasons, mainly on the powder used is the problem of filling phase.

The temperature of silicon carbide beams is inherently limited, which may be caused by other factors, such as molding problems, ingredients problems, and burning problems.
